✔Reservations with the Standard Rate can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.After this date, the full amount will be charged without exceptions..
✔ Reservations with other rates (long stay, early booking…), will apply the payment and cancellation conditions indicated at the moment of the reservation.
✔ If full balance is not paid in advance, it must be paid upon arrival. No exceptions. 100% non-refundable.
✔ Whenever possible, we will ensure that all reservations for more than one person are assigned to the same dormitory. However, this is not guaranteed.
✔ City Tax is compulsory for all guests and is not included in the night rate. Whenever is possible, it will be charged prior arrival. If this is not possible, it must be paid upon arrival.
✔ The city tax will be added to the total reservation amount and will be charged once the free cancellation period has ended.
✔ The city tax is a mandatory local government fee established by the city of Barcelona. This charge is not set by the hostel and may be subject to change by local authorities. If the tax amount is updated after a reservation has been made, guests will be required to pay the difference upon check-in, even if the booking was completed prior to the change.
